At Bob Jane T-Marts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailing box.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to any authorized postal service carrier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
